Overview: Many of us are motivated and driven to do what it takes to have a successful life. However, we must allow the Holy Spirit to get us out of self and turn our hearts toward God. As we obey His instructions, we then will become zealous in our efforts to serve and honor Christ.

God made us relational and we must be careful not to use words that can destroy one another but instead, entrust ourselves to God and allow Him to use us to challenge and encourage one another with words that will edify and promote mercy and kindness. This perhaps could be an opportunity to share with others how God put our shattered lives back together and made it beautiful.

Little do we know how God can use our victorious testimonies to be a comfort to a hurting soul that needs a breakthrough! In doing so, we must share with them the sufferings of Christ, His agonizing death, His vicarious resurrection and His priestly position on the right hand throne of God the Father!

In our quest to win souls for the kingdom, we let’s never overlook our own spiritual poverty — whether we are oppressed or the oppressors. If heaven seems to be silent, we must examine ourselves and recognize our sinfulness before a Holy God and repent. Never think of ourselves more highly than we ought to because God does not want us to compete with one another but rather unite as one. By doing so, we will not give place to the devil but will be successful to play our parts in the concert of life according to the grace that God has given each of us for His glory.

Thoughts from Sister Clovia Thompson    – The Just Shall Live By Faith

Habakkuk 2:4 is one of the greatest declarations of faith found in the Bible.  It reveals the striking difference between the proud and the just man.  The future belongs to the righteous, while the wicked has no future.  How do the just live by faith?

  • We need to pray every day and avoid the appearance of sin.
  • We need to study the Bible and witness for souls to win.
  • We know that without faith, it is impossible to please God.
  • With faith, we can move mountains on the earth we trod.
  • We know that faith works when we hear His holy Word.
  • We cannot build up our faith if we have never heard.

Do we live our life by faith for Jesus?  Do we stand true?

The Just Shall Live By Faith.  Have faith and God will bless you.
