Overview: A week to give thanks to the Father for sending His Son from heaven to save us from the penalty and power of sin. In an act of worship, let’s give God our whole heart as we rejoice in the True Gift, Jesus Christ, who fits all. We must also be thankful for God being gracious enough to reveal the mystery of Himself by His Spirit to those who believe that Jesus is the Christ. Again, let’s rejoice in God for His indescribable Gift that saved us from a burning hell, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

Thoughts from Sister Clovia Thompson –

The Gift of God’s Amazing Love

Christmas is a gift of love

That can’t be brought or sold,

It is ours just for the asking

And it is worth far more than gold.

Let’s take God’s gift of love

Reach out and we will receive,

And the only payment that God asks

Is just that we believe.

This precious gift of Christmas

Truly fits us all,

The rich, the poor, the young and old,

The greatest and the small.

There is no mystery to God’s gift of love

He is the gift Divine.

He is the baby of Bethlehem manger.

He is the Savior, yours and mine.

No room for the baby in Bethlehem – only an animal shed

No room on this earth for the dear Son of God – nowhere to lay His head

Oh Lord, in our hearts there is room for you – gladly we say,

“Come in Blessed Savior, our hearts and our lives will celebrate you this Christmas day”

Thank you for your indescribable Gift
