Overview: Obeying the law of Christ is to share one another’s burdens. This reminds us that God uses people to comfort one another as we trust Him to be our refuge in troubling times.  With this confidence, the love of Christ will shine through us in a darkened world. Remember to start each day in His Word and follow His instructions as it is written. As we devote ourselves unto Him, don’t be concerned with negative opinions that people have about our message of faith. Instead obey God, as we continue to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Thoughts from Sister Clovia Thompson –

NEEDS…

We need each other because we are all a part of God’s body.  So let’s share each other’s burden by working together through life’s challenges.

We need each other to survive.  So let’s depend on our Father to support us when we suffer. He will dry our tears and keep us safe in His arms.

We need each other to love.  You see, we are His children of light, a reflection of Jesus Christ the Son.

We need each other to shine for Him which illuminates through our belief in Jesus.

We need the Bible to give us the direction to live.  His light will show us the way to live.

We are God’s servants. Our main concern is to win the approval of God and not others.

We need each other to serve Him.  It is God’s will that we shine before others.

We are important to Him — we are all a part of God’s body.
