Overview: We are part of the family of God; however, we live in a fallen world that is riddled with immorality. There are times when we become discouraged; however, we will continue to remind each other to pursue holiness. Let’s not be ignorant of Satan’s devices, we must be armed with God’s Word and when we become fearful, His Word is our divine defense. The enemy likes to accuse us of our past mistakes to distract us from doing Kingdom work. However, we know that God has forgiven us and when we fall short of His glory, repent and confess our sins and God is Faithful to set our feet on the right path and give us a fresh start each day as we praise Him. As ambassadors of love, never condemn ourselves or others, instead, share the Word and allow the Holy Spirit to show us the error of our ways. Let’s continue to seek God for wisdom to be gentle when witnessing to others. Many people love Jesus, they just don’t understand Him until they are taught. In conclusion, our mission is to make other disciples and co- partner with God as He increases His heavenly family.
Monday, May 9, 2016 – Keep Climbing – 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12

Thoughts from Sister Clovia Thompson –
A Mother’s Love
A mother’s love is something that no one can explain
It is made of deep devotion of sacrifice and pain
It is where the Word of God is read and proclaimed
It is endless and unselfish and fresh each day
For nothing can destroy it or take God’s love away
It is where God’s compassion and faithfulness given to us as we lay
It is patient and forgives when all others are forsaken
It is God’s Ambassador of Love to those whose hearts are breaking
Thank you Father for the gift of a Mother’s Love
Which was given to us from above.
