Overview: In all of life’s challenges, we must trust our awesome God for grace to help us to grow in wisdom. Whether we thrive in ministry or deal with constant contention, we must not walk away but continue to show compassion to those who don’t know the Lord. Many people are confused and are drawn to many worldly icons that eventually diminish in value. We however, must direct their attention to the cross that represents Jesus’ life, death and resurrection which will never lose its meaning or power. Let’s be ever mindful not to value our ambition over our relationship with Jesus, instead, we must continue to trust and praise Him in all that He’s called us to do. Finally, when life can’t afford us or our love ones a home here because our work is done, just remember, we will transition to a better place to be with the Lord. Let’s encourage one another with these words.

Thoughts from Sister Clovia Thompson –

“Wisdom through the awful grace of God” is an amazing line. We don’t understand the mystery of God’s wisdom and grace, only that it meets us where we are and does not leave us where it found us. Just when life tries to overwhelm us, God’s grace is there to pick us up. Some of our greatest pain become our greatest strength when we carry ourselves with a humble quiet grace and rely on God’s wisdom to sustain us.

God’s sustaining grace does not prevent pain, but orders, arranges and measures out our pain. Then in the darkness is there to sustain.

Wisdom through the awful grace of God will fill us with awe and gives us the opportunity to tell our story about God’s glory so we can grow in wisdom through life’s most difficult moments.
