Overview: As we seek God for wisdom for the proper balance between work and building a healthy relationship with Him and others, remember He is our provider. If we are tempted by the lust of our flesh, we must begin to rely on the Holy Spirit to help us do what is right in the sight of God and others.  We can never fool God because He knows the condition of our hearts. As we share our time, talents and treasures to build relationships, let’s consider the issues that are important to God. He is concerned about those who are in need. We’ve all had failures in the past, however, we must not allow the uncertainties of tomorrow hold us back from doing the assignments that God has given us today, let us redeem the time as we walk by faith reconciling others to Christ. Many of us have made tremendous sacrifices for the Kingdom; however, Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice to give us eternal life. We must continue to give Him our deepest devotion.

Thoughts from Sister Clovia Thompson –

Treasure Your Time

Take time for family and friends.

It makes life meaningful and rewarding.

Take time to meditate on God’s Word.

It is shield against temptation.

Take time to invest in opportunities to serve God.

It is the treasure of our heart.

Take time to look around, it is too short a day to be selfish.

Take time to celebrate each day, it is a gift from God.

Take time for God’s love and grace, it is the Source of life.

Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow.  For what is your life?  It is even vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. James 4:14
