Thoughts from Sister Clovia Thompson –

Only the Blood

Only the blood of Jesus can wash our sins away,

the only thing that cleanse and purify and bring a joyful day.

If Jesus had not shed His blood for us, we would be forever lost,

but He paid the price for our salvation with His blood on the cross.

Blessed Savior and Precious Lord, we thank you for your blood

that flowed that day at Calvary, a demonstration of your love.

We can never fully understand all that you had to endure

you came a sinless sacrificial lamb and offered us a life so pure.

For it’s only by your blood that we can be healed, forgiven and set free.

It was necessary that you die for us so that we may have eternity.

Let’s plead the blood of Jesus without delay, pour the blood over bad circumstances today.

Try the blood of Jesus and you will see that the blood of Jesus means victory.
